ctxremote is our own secure support tool, running on our own relay, on our own kit. No third-party service, no subscription, nothing installed permanently. Download it, run it, and read the engineer the code on screen.

Click the button and save the file. It is a single program that needs no installation.
- 2Run it
Open the file. Windows may ask you to confirm; choose Run. A small window shows a nine-digit ID.
- 3Read us the ID
Tell the engineer the ID and the one-time password shown under it. Accept the connection when prompted.
- 4Close it when done
Shut the window and the session ends. Nothing stays running on your machine.
Why our own tool
The connection runs through a relay we own in Slough, not a third-party cloud. Nothing is installed permanently, nothing runs when the window is closed, and an engineer can only connect when you read them the code.
